Sound is distorted, and cuts in and out, during cutscenes

During cutscenes, the sound cuts in and out repeatedly. I'm not sure what could be causing this error. The audio's just fine during gameplay.

When I launch the game, it says my video card is unsupported. Could this be the cause?

I would appreciate anyone who knows of a solution to this problem.

I had this issue once before, the reason was due to low fps.

Ingame I had around 15-20 fps, and the sound was perfectly fine, of course the game was slow but that didn't matter to me. When those "transmission" cutscenes happened I had crackled sound. Turning down some graphics options (with the help of a "autoexec.cfg" maker) I now have 30 fps all the time, and no more crackled sound in those cutscenes.

My graphics card is not the best, ATI Radeon HD 3650. It could play Crysis and Crysis Warhead at 30 fps with the "minimalist" graphics setting but my graphics card could only do 15-20 fps in Crysis 2 without the "autoexec.cfg".
