Odd graphics when sliding? Screen going black? Read this!

If you disable motion blur with the CVar r_motionblur = 0 then you may experience graphics corruption. As the game is designed to be run with motion blur, we don't officially support using custom settings outside of what is available through the game menu.

For those that still want to disable motion blur, although this is still not officially supported, please try the following settings:

Code:
r_MotionBlur = 1
r_MotionBlurShutterSpeed = 0.0001
This will give you the lowest amount of motion blur, whilst not disabling it completely, which should avoid the issues that occur when you disable it completely.

Please note that you cannot change the shutter speed CVar whilst connected to a server. Please add it to an autoexec.cfg or whilst you're in the menu.

Thanks!

Do you want to create for every problem one thread?

I mean, why just create an FAQ which get's updated frequently?

Thanks.

At the moment, there needs to be clear and appropriate thread titles as there's a lot of questions running around and i want to ensure people find the answers quick.

I will collate these into a FAQ thread once enough people have seen the individual threads and the initial confusion wears down :)
