CD Key no longer working?

Hi all,

Lately a number of people have reported problems with being prompted for their CD key again. If this happens to you all you need to do is re-enter your CD key, make 100% sure that you entered it correctly, and it will work fine.

If you continue to have problems, and you are certain that you entered the key correctly and that no-one else has used it, please get in contact with EA support who may be able to assist you further.

My Game is randomly telling me I have an invalid key for multiplayer. One day it works and the next it does not. This has been happening since I got the game. I am spending about 70 percent more time trying to get it to work than I am playing it.

Same here. 2 day in a row same thing happen. I play for 2-3 hours with no problems. And after a break of 1 hour or even less, i cant log in... WTF? Should i contact EA support to have a new key everytime its hapenning? The more anoying is that i lauch the game from EA Dwl Manager, so my key is good obviously!!

Make sure you do not share your cd key with anyone else so that you are the only person who is able to use it.

i contact EA support, they gave me a new key. Problem solved. (for now..;)

I had to speak with Ea and they gave me new key, i can't wait to get home and see if it did fix my trouble.

I was trying the chat ... first time i was waiting 40min the dialog startet "Hello my name is ..." -> Disconect WOW ... ok Refresh the EA Chat next waiting 50min ... only 1 left - 2 left - 1 left ... and than

Status: Canceled
There are no experts available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.

Waiting 5 Days for a new Serialkey by sending an eMail to the Support ... nothing.

same here, kicked in the middle of a game & then informed everytime I try re-join a server that my key is invalid, judging by how empty uk servers are i've a funny feeling i'm not the only one having bother tonight..

I've had ever problem you can have with this game. Now I've got the need a new keycode! I've spent more time fixing this game than playing it.

I giving up and deleting the piece of **** and steam. I'm tired of MAKING the game run, instead of just running.

Also, good-be steam. They have been zero help.

Cry2 is all cry and no 2.
