I have a Asus Nvidia GeForce Gtx 590 on order but its back ordered and I don't know how long till I will get it and temp I am running a Asus Nvidia GeForce Gtx 560 Ti. Now would it be better to run 3xGtx 560 or 1xgtx 590. And what would be the pros and cons.

Both are a waste of money.

Well thanks for answering my question and letting me know that I should stay with Nvidia since they have better drivers and the gtx 590 is a beast.

The 590 is nor a value card or one of the highest end ones. For that price you could get 2 570s which would perform better anyways. Just fyi, you should keep the 560 in there (as physx) no matter what, so you shouldnt buy amd cards (not because they're bad, just because its a waste of $)

Just hope you won't run in VOLTAGE SECTION overheating problems with 590. And yes it's great card.

http://www.slizone.com/object/sli_physx.html see the second to last example. A dedicated physx card doesnt need to be the same as the others. In fact, it CANT be the same as the other cards.

He doesn't mean run it in SLI. He means use the 560 for a dedicated physx card. There is an option to do so in the drivers.

must be nice to have that much money burning a hole in your pocket. Anyways , if youve never ran multiple cards, get ready for high average fps, but the downside, is your minimums are going to drop. I used sli for 6 months, and I will never do it again, 80 fps then all of a sudden 9 fps then back up to 85, however those were 9800 gt, and they micro stutter badly , and I didnt see what cpu you have, but hopefully you dont have a bottleneck with dual 570s.

Im running a i7 990x cpu with a 1600w psu, and a Gigabyte G1 Assassin mainboard. And a 560 ti with the 570's as well.

Just FYI, the 560 wont really help in crysis 2 because crysis 2 doesn't utilize physx. For now there are only a few games that do. (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PhysX ). Too bad you didnt get the 570s earlier, on newegg they were giving out mafia II (supports physx) and JC II with all 500 series (or maybe it was just 570s, idk) purchases.

I got lucky cause I went through tigerdirect.com originally so when I changed the order they are giving a rebate for the 570 on a max of two. I think that newegg is doing the same.
