iv been reading up on this and it seems that many people have been having this same problem when tyring to play on a college internet connection.

I have tried all the "fixes" and im just wondering if there is some time table on when this might get fixed

not for nothing been waiting for 2 weeks to play now, and its getting alittle old.

Well if you want the short version; it will never get fixed.

The thing is when you have a large amount of people sharing limited bandwidth like a campus almost all ports have to be blocked to keep the connection usable, so the problem is on "your end". But generally most harmless ports like the ones used for gaming might get blocked as well because its much more easy to make exceptions.

Now your only option it to find out what ports Crysis 2 needs in order to play online and contact your administrator to see if he is willing to make an exception. Other then that I'm not sure if there is anything else you can do.
