Medals dogtags not unlocking : Crysis

You know the "medals" category of dogtags? Like "Wet and wild - go swimming in Pier 17" (that was a funny one)
For some reason they're all locked now, and when I get one, it says that I got it but it doesn't unlock so I can't see it.
Why?

Ive no clue why mate :s

I have an even worse problem... You unlock a medal for Rebooting your nanosuit i think its called Born Again...
Well that got locked after i reached levevl 20 -___-

"View to a kill" (Reach the highest point in Skyline) got unlocked, don't know how that happened...

Ok I unlocked 2 more... I still have no idea why some didn't unlock at first...
For my friend "Born again" is gone and he can't get it back (since you can't undo reboots)
