After i unlocked a few tags and skill assessment and quit the game, then log back into the game the mystery tags are gone and few skill assessment options are locked again.

Any Help?????

forgot to mention one more thing
My rank was 5 but then after quitting and coming back into the game the rank changed back to 3 and the customize weapon option was locked again!
