Yellow rank icon

I've noticed some people have a yellow rank icon instead of the normal green-ish white colour
Why is that?

You'll get it if you used Nanosuit Reboot at Rank 50.

Doubt it, they didn't have reboot. And the rebooted players I've encountered don't have a yellow icon
I think it might be the players who have the Gold Dogtag but I'm not sure...
