So, I can play the game normaly, I ranked up to level 8 and then I realized that my skill assessments are alway zero. I created another account and ranked to level 6 and the same thing. The "Make 20 kills with SCAR" is zero, Headshots zero, Game Modes wins zero. Everything, always zero. I can't get any weapon atacchment.

I play unranked matches. But I don't think it's connected to the problem.

Anyway to fix this?

Actually, playing on unranked servers is probably your problem exactly. Try a ranked server and see if that helps at all.

I tought that in unranked matches you could get these Skill Assessments, as I can get level'd up. But the difference would be the in the players Ranking.

I can't go to ranked servers without getting the "The connection to your session has been lost"...

hmmm, have you tried Official Ranked servers or Unofficial Ranked and see if there's any difference when trying to connect? You can also sort by Ping Rate and avoid the "1000" servers. I'm sorry if I can't be of any more help. If it is on the server side of things, then it's a little out of my league.

I know the "1000 ping servers" are always full and the "1000" number isn't real (I get 200 ping in-game). I mean, they are the only servers that I can connect... Why?
Edit: I tried one non-1000ping server and I could make it, for the first time
