So, I think the root of my problems started yesterday when I bought Crysis 2. I put in my promo code to gamesas.com and got the unlocks soon after. When I joined a server, I was level 5 with the unlocks, but when the game started I would be level 1, with next to nothing.

After trying a few times to get my level to stay 5, I gave up and ignored it. I leveled up to level 5 , and when finally got there, I received my bonus items, but no class unlock.

I am currently level 12 with no final class unlock, and now I can't play the Scout class. Is there any sort of fix to this without starting all over again at level 1?

Mmmh, Try this:
Log in to MP with your lvl 5 equiped.Like on first day...
Join a Ranked EMPTY official Server where You can configure your Class.
Configure all as you wish, leave the server and restart game. Maybe this works.

There never was one. You usually get it shipped way after it's release, and if you pre-load, well, you get to play the game in it's unfinished state...
