I am about to stop playing this game for quite some time. I rarely get to play since I work 5/6 days out of the week. But I can't find a server that allows anything Level 1+ for suit modules...

Let me clarify:

When a game starts. You have "energy transfer," "Cloak Tracker," and "Mobility Enhance."

They are all level one. According to my equipment customization, they are all level 2 and 3. Why the hell does this happen?

Can't find a server. I have tried every single style server, EA official servers, and Ranked and unranked servers.

Anyone else having this problem?

If you are referring to the pop-ups telling you your current modules on the right side when you spawn then thats a display bug and they always show as rank 1 there. You will get upgrade bonuses though so I wouldnt worry too much about it.
