The only two options I can think of for that is to hire a similar sounding voice actor, or play around with vocaloid and see if you can't get a voice that sounds similar. The suit sound is just recorded audio files, and without extremely advanced software and a supercomputer you can't really reconstruct the phonetics of the voice from it and make new words. I don't even know if the suit voice has enough different sounds in the files to do a reconstruction.

So two options: 1) Hire a voice actor 2) Play around with vocaloid

Of course! FL studio.
If you want, I can try to help you, because I'm using FL studio and I know how to make robotic/computer voice... but the problem is: how to implement it into Crysis 2? :/

Um i dont plan to put it into crysis 2...... I need it for some of my videos. But basicly all i did was got WavePad Sound Editor and changed the pitch to 64 it just gave me a deep deep deep voice but not a robotic one.. but it was ok. It would have been better if i could have gotten a robotic one tho.

Oh, I thought you're gonna put that in the game. My bad..
Well, if you want me to make you some robotic voice, upload that audio to some free-hosting site, and send me link on PM; then i will download it and make it "robotic" :D Thena I'll upload it and send the same way so you can use it. ;) I'll do it for free
I can make it sound like Soverign from Mass Effect ;D
