I had this problem back in the day on COD 2. What I had to do was set a different net port for one of the users on my network. So do the following.

First learn how to set launch options here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1040-JWMT-2947

Then set a different net port by doing this: +set net_port "WHATEVER PORT"

Don't include the quotation marks and change whatever port to the port you want to try and use.

This should set a different port for the client "crysis 2" to use when connecting. It may or may not work because I'm not sure if the command is a viable command. But, it wouldn't hurt to try it. Good Luck!

you guys are probably connecting trough the same ip and thats why you cant both connect.

try give your brother his pc a own ip adress that will solve this problem probably.

I have not played COD, but we use to gather friends over to have a LAN and all of us would jump out on the internet and play. We played as a team. Quicker reaction time and quicker voice communications. Man, this is going to svck if it is like this in C2.

Maybe those of you who can just join have an ISP that gives more than one public IP?
