Hello dear Crysis Community!

I am here because i lost all of my Xp's! I was mid rank 21 and now i am rank 1!

Please, i ain't no cheater or hacker! I am a normal person who likes to play this game.
I don't bunnyhop i don't use any glitches! I really am a normal, fear playing person!

So i beg you crysis community, please help getting my xp's back!


Here is the situation:

I was mid rank 21. then i catched a bad virus. so i reset my computer.
When i installed and started crysis 2, my profile was restted to rank 1!
I lost everything!

Now whats wierd:

the user specified classes are still wearing my chosen arms and equipment!
so there still is a track of my lost xp's. But i can't unlock them because i am
rank 1!

Well i thought that all the XP's of players are saved online on crytek servers.
But why i lost everything?

please help me...
