The game will not allow me to open the door (to get out) in the room with the electrified water. No interactive "F" when I hover over the pad by the door. The water is electrified. Anyone have the same glitch?

are you sure thats the last door? im trying to remember the level sorry... Ummmm i remember running THROUGH some high-voltage water though

Try to find a numpad on the right side of the door

The numeric pad doesn't allow any interaction with it. No "F" pop up.

The F doesn't have to pop up. Some "F-Things-Without-F" work though!
