Noticed how the balancing changes aren't listed in the official patch notes?
Well, i checked scripts.pak and compared the weapon files to those available at release. They are identical.

Placebo, lol.

Balance changes dont require a patch and most likely havnt taken place yet. Im still able to snipe people with the SCAR and SCARAB.

yeah they haven't done any thing with the actual weapon stats... anyhow we will see how long it takes them to decrypt their own pak files and change the gun values >.>
