i played up to level 6 and then i check in my bonus code to get the special aquipment for my account. but now i was switch back to level 4 and i cant go up to the levels. so waht should i do?

We're all in the same boat m8... the crytek dudes are not listening hard enough.

I think if we all start hitting EA support with enough trouble tickets about this maybe they will actually do something. I submitted a question to them about it 2 days ago and no response yet.

Yea the EXP not saving is starting to outweigh the cheater hacker problem.
