Hi all,

I had to reinstall Windows 7 on my machine.

I made a backup of game files of crysis2 through my steam GUI.

It created a 10Gig file.

Now I am trying to reinstall my game. I restored the 10gig file, but I cannot continue from where I left off. There is nothing there when I click resume game.

Did I lose my place of where I left off?

save games are normally stored in your documents folder, best bet would be to play either that game or another steam game, save it and see where it puts it (im not at my PC so cant check)

Steam backup only backs up the game itself, not saves and stuff
