Admin attention to posts in this forum

Hi...

Is there anyone who had a problem with his account (in-game), posted his Problem here and was
contacted by an Admin who helped (or at least tried to help)?

I am wondering if posting a problem here is usefull and i would like to send to a direct support
e-mail adress.

You can get an:" We recieved your e-Mail and will contact you", which let me know that i am in
the waiting queue.

Is there a better way to get support ? pls help me to be helped (or something like this)

Disregarding the fact that all they do is telling you that "they are aware of the issue and you can go svck dike".

EA live chat is apparently staffed by stay-at-home mums or the equivalent who tell you to wait while they google for a fix to your problems. Someone posted his chat logs with them on here a few weeks back, it was hilarious.

The admins are quite present. Problem is that they are but moderators and save the few annoucements, seem to be rather uninformed or quiet regarding bug fixing progress, details of issues.

Every question I asked EA support for help with, they responded to post here in these forums. No I haven't been contacted at all by anyone. We all see the problems, I don't know what they are so quiet. I agree they need to engage the community here and get involved.

Crytek and EA you need to participate in these discussions, in these forums. You made the game, please let us know you share the same enthusiasm for it's success as we do.

I posted again to see if Crytek will prove me wrong. I hope they do!

Well darn. I really thought the Crytek or EA people would have engaged the online community by now with at least some news of how things are going with resolving all the issues at hand with this game.

I did get to play a few hours today and only came across 2 obvious cheaters though. That was a good thing.
