1) Will there will be a console command similar to "fps_max #" like there is in most Valve games?
Capping the framerate is very important for those who don't want vsync hogging up 1/3 the framerate and causing input lag.

2) Will there be an option to use Windowed Mode without borders?
Alt+Tab would cooperate a lot better over full-screen. Windows 7 somehow prevents screen-tearing in windowed mode whether vsync is on/off in the game's settings, but doesn't cap the fps.

Windowed Mode without borders + maximum fps limiter + Windows 7 = PURE AWESOME!!!

Console commands should be available of course, but I doubt it can run in windowed mode without any borders.

at least on PC version yes, maybe not through the standard options meny ingame, but through console command and configs, after all, cryengine 3 is one if not the best engine with thousands of tweaks and commands
