Three questions about hit detection, killcams and skyline

First of all, is it about the hit detection area being so big or is it about lag, but often bullets seem to make damage even after the player isn't in the line of fire. For example someone starts shooting at me and I take cover behind a building or a stone wall or something where there is no way bullets can penetrate it but I die nevertheless. I have seen this also when I am firing at someone, they go behind a cover and I am half way reloading my weapon and then I get the kill. And I always pick a game with less than 100 ping.

Secondly, sometimes there are these wtf moments when I wonder who, where and how just managed to kill me, so I am eagerly waiting for the kill cam to show me, but it doesn't o.O there is no killcam, I just respawn, how is that possible?

And thirdly is it just me or has the framerate dropped near unplayable levels on skyline, all the other maps play perfectly and in the mp demo skyline was all right but recently it has become pretty bad.

skyline is terrible once laserbeam is called in the map become unstable and not fun playing anymore.

That's Bad Company 2. It had terrible hitbox. The hitreg in this is absolutely fine, unless you have pings like 300-400, it lags, the hitbox.

1 - Lag (likely)
2 - Pro Game mode
3 - Never happened to me

yeah, sometimes there is a big lag , i see enemy just standing or run against wall, and if i get killed theres no kill cam.
