I'm french and i don't speak english very well :/
I try to explain my problem.
After a déconexion in part of multigamer and a english mesage what i don't understand, I reconect and surprise...
I'm return to the first level. So I've lost 26 levels, 4 perso classes, any weapons and modules... And then, when I start multiplayer gaming I restart also level 1, and level 5 after any unlock of medals. I lost all of my XP if I stop the game...
If anyone of you can be help me...

You don't need to apolagise for bad english. Its good to see that you even try learning English.
And it is not bad. In fact, I can understand it ok.

Your problems are well known to the community. Other people have experienced this before. Keep searching the forums and you will find the answer.

I am very sure that there is a topic already here about it.
