As for me: game which is coded properly is that kind of game which have a decent anti-cheat system builtin. If it doesnt have such thing then it will turn into a crap in few months.
I agree, some aspects of the game were not tested well (How can so many of these UI/menu and save bugs exist, its almost like no one even tried to use them before launch). But while playing the game itself, its fairly solid in my book.
The only thing that is really apparent with C2, is that it was rushed. I guess I'm just saying "Coded properly" is a bit general, and should probably be more like "Poorly tested feature X" or "Not tested at all." There are a lot of features that are "Coded properly." So its a bit unfair to lump the entire game and all of its systems into a single category.
Which obviously the anti-cheat system falls under the "Poorly tested/Not tested" category
