started at 0 and still at zero.

you need about 6 patches to fix everything thats broke

Do you even play in Ranged servers?

I think you mean "Ranked" servers with a "K".

As far as retriever goes, just make sure you play for hours and hours and hours, and leave a session mid-game. Works for me. My retriever is maxed out now.

Thats what i do too. I slowly get kills then leave the game and play again the next day...etc Eventually i reach 200 kills and get upgrade II, i leave the game and go back in to make sure its still there, and it is. But after not playing the game for a few days, i go back in to find that it has reset back to zero. Utter bull.

Since last Patch (1.4) my Retriever levels and is also maxed out... Make Sure You Equip it in every Class to use it whatever matchmode you play. Also dont switch your Profiles in Game. If so you got that equiped from which Profile you came.
I think to ask if you have Version 1.4 of the game is not needed,or?!

My retriever has been resetting even before 1.4 patch, and now after 1.4 patch its still resetting on its own. I dont have it equipped in every class i have, but i have never switched profiles in game, because i only have one.
