It has happen to me a few times already. I reached rank 10 today afternoon. I get to unlock a new class. i created my class, customize and everything. Finish the game. Went to uni, came back, start the game, and i am back at rank 9. WTF. Even the new class that i created which I rename it is still there. Just that it is locked. Any1 encounter this kind of problem and what can i do to fix it. Thank you guys. really frustrating.

Did you play on ranked servers? Because on ranked servers you can get more xp and they will be stored in game.
If you play on unranked server then your xp will not be stored and you will lose it!

YES! I have the same problem!! This is ruining the game- I now that people exaggerate about some problems, but this is a big one!!

I think the ability to get XP from unranked servers was a game bug that was patched in 1.4. At first, I was just as surprised as everyone else that you don't get points from unranked servers, but it makes sense once you give this concept some thought.

At least you can 'train' your shooting skills on the unranked servers without it affecting your stats (let's say you just had a bad day, and your mojo's just not there...)
