Hello! I'm quite new to the whole gaming industry so I was wondering. How come when I connect to a server on multiplayer (crysis 1) I'm always the audience and never actually participate?

You need to press M to bring up the map, then select a place on the map you want to spawn (a blue icon) then click on "Join"
