CPU Type DualCore AMD Phenom II X2 Black Edition 555, 3200 MHz (16 x 200)
Motherboard Name Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H (2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN, IEEE-1394)
DIMM1: Patriot Memory PSD32G133381 2 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM (9-9-9-24 @ 666 MHz) (8-8-8-22 @ 592 MHz) (6-6-6-16 @ 444 MHz) (its actually 4GB on XP32bit)
EVGA e-GeForce GTX 560 Ti
PSU 500w Antec

Problem is. I overclocked my PCU and Video Card and I was starting to get overheating problems. I set all clocks back to default and now when I play C2 for more than 10 mins, sometimes less. I get Frame hickups bad. FPS still at 60 but It seems as If i'm losing a whole second worth of frames every couple seconds. Getting really annoying. Anyway to fix this?

Recently i brought my card's temp gaming from 82c to -60c.
Wanna know how i did it?
i cut a hole in the side of my case and placed a 8cm fan where the card is blasting air onto it.
There used to be a big side fan there so it was only mesh i had to cut through, anyways a cut out fan hole and not going through mesh is the secret.

@jakeryan760
Double, triple check everything maybe there are some voltages still setup in wrong way. If you are sure that everything is fine reset your BIOS with proper "jumper" on your Mboard, and then check is your PC still is going nuts.

If I reset my BIO's to default (which I did) won't it set the Voltages back to default as well. I can give you the voltage info if you like?
