Prophet was the guy that took of his N2 mask.

Alcatraz's face wasn't shown.

i HOPE we will see alcatraz face and they dont make it another cold blooded faceless "identify yourself with this guy" type of protagonist, they did it with nomad and i hated his lack of personality

I thought Nomad was a great character because he was a bland character, I felt like I was the protagonist. If he was too unique I might feel very different from him and that could keep me from being immersed in the game world. It doesn't make sense why they would make us play as Alcatraz though, whats the point of replacing one bland character with another bland character? Doesnt make any sense and it's dissapointing because it would be much cooler if we got to at least continue as the same character. And why do Nomad and Alcatraz have the same voice actor? Honestly, compare their voices from the be the weapon trailer and the crysis launch trailer and tell me they aren't the same. Very confusing.

I agree, crynetsecurity89. Nomad was handled quite well because even though his character was attempted, you still felt immersed even if you were watching the cutscenes in which he interacted with people and events. It makes no sense if Alcatraz will have that same kind of philosophy from a game design standpoint because he would then just be a cardboard cutout of Nomad. There is just no way that Nomad isn't Alcatraz, their voices sound stunningly similar, here's to hoping this theory is correct.
