I followed the instructions above but I can't play the new maps. It says "DLC Pack is not installed." Also, I see some new maps in the battle menu but they are shown as "Unkown."

I need help. So much pain; lags, cheaters, bugs... Game is great but not so pleased of errors.

PS: Why don't you just ban the cheaters...

May be your DL is corrupt, try to download it again, replace all dlc folder content with your fresh DL .zip and launch again the game.
