How can I Link up my gamesas account to Crysis 2 : Crysis

Ok, I have just figured out my gamesas & Crysis 2 Accounts are different.

NO IDEA WHY.

They both use the same name, but I changed my password on here & it didnt effect Crysis 2. How can I link them up with out having to reset and go back & do everything again?
