I was playing on foreign server with ping around 200.

and I met these players with "{I AM}" tag on their name and there were 2.

Weird thing was I always aim and shoot like half a second later than those 2 when I check why I got killed in killcam even when I think I get a pretty decent chance to kill them first.

Some might say it's ping or killcam problem but on the same server I never experienced this defered aiming and shooting with anyone else.

This might be "Lag Switch" right?

Anyone know about these lag switch users be on the look out for lag switch users.
and I am pretty sure I have experienced enough to tell which is lag and which is lag switch as I have played this game since its release date.

They both score darn good like 38:5 :4 (K/A/D) for about 3 games in a row and after I suggested something weird is going on they got out.

The thing is if you got 200 ping and they got 300 ping, that's half a second in between you.

Technically what you're saying is right, but I usually don't have this much noticeable lag even with ping around 200 in crysis 2.

server condition? and ping optimization? is better in this game so usually I don't get this much lag even with aforementioned ping difference...

maybe i'll record it next time if it happens again.

You can't play FPS games with 200ms ping lol. Stick with servers that go up to max 100ms. I know delay itself is not everything but if server has such high ping it's also very likely that it will occasionally lag out and you'll die (which is what usually happens when you lag).
But if even the guys on the other end have even worse ping, that's a recipe for disaster anyway. It sort of works if they have normal ping and you have it slightly higher or vice versa.
