Hi, I just installed Crysis 2, and EA download manager was patching it, and at the end, my avast antivirus said it found a virus in it: win32 oliga. Is this only with me, or someone has this problem to? or is this just a false alarm?

Its not crysis 2 problem. Its virus on your pc. Check your computer for Malware with something like Malwarebytes Antimalware or SUPERAntiSpyware.
