Hi!

Today I bought the DLC for Crysis 2 and even if I couldn't download it from the game itself, I downloaded the zip file from this website and moved it into my Crysis2/dlc folder. Apparently, the file has been extracted by the game, but I still can't play the new maps. When I go to Purchase History it is still displayed that the map pack has to be downloaded and in the server browser, there are some "unknown" maps. What can I do?

You sure it's in your dlc folder? You don't need to open it, the game will extract the files itself anyways. You should be fine. Make sure your filter is reset in the game then find the maps and add them to your favorites. Server hunting can be a PITA but you'll find one.

**** sake i have the same problem i just redownloaded it and it still says download content needed

even the DLC has bugs, that is why you fix the bugs first. damnit, bugs everywhere.

If it's a zip, man, extract its content to the DLC folder.

That .zip file needs to be moved to a specific folder to make it work.

You mean Crytek managed to **** something else up that you paid for.

I didn't extract the file, I went to the dlc folder after launching the game and the folder was created.

DLC bought through the game when loading fails.
Dlcpack1.zip downloaded and copied to the folder My Documents \ My Games \ Crysis2 \ dlc.
Game unzip the file correctly. I go to the server with the maps DLC gives an error 25 or wrote that I do not have the right materials for the game.

THANKS!! It works for me. For people witth the Steam version copy the conted from folder dlcpack to C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\common\crysis 2\gamecrysis2.
