Hi there i′m writing this for a friend.

So first problem was he can′t login in the multiplayer, but he can login in gamesas.com.
After the renaming his account, he can login in the multiplayer, but now he can′t login in gamesas.com.
He want to buy the DLC, but he can′t cause he can′t login in gamesas.com to pay the DLC.
So what can he do?

Same thing happened to me, emailed gamesas 4 times and tryed to resolve the issue through their chat but didnt get anywhere. then sent a 5th email saying how dissapointed i was and they banned me from the forum i couldnt bloody use! Just goes to show they listen to everything but just choose to ignore paying customers.

I had to make a new account!
