Not sure what you're referring to spy81 but i believe the OP is referring to region restrictions, like on DVD's.

As for the answer to the question, i'm not sure. I'll see if we've got any information available on that

for someone who still don't understand my question, I mean that some game have regio locked like Forza Motorsport 3 from turn 10 xbox. and some game don't have regio locked like Halo, Calll of duty Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops.

With regio free means that the game can play on the PAL, NTSC, NTSC-J console.

and my question was will Crysis 2 be regio free?

It will be not RF. EA Games are always Region Locked.
