We all know that we will get the sandbox with the game. Thats for sure. So the only question is this: Will Crytek give us an official, (hopefully) very detailed manual about the new and old features we can find in it? You know..."What is it good for? How to do it? etc."

CryEngine 3 Sandbox is not announced to come with Crysis 2 yet.

If it does get released it will most likely have good documentation like the older ones did.

Yeah, yeah, we all know it's in the leaked beta, that doesn't mean it'll be in the full game.
