Only gore thing, which I found during the beta was when the bloody screen came up. I don't mind it at all, because there are games, which are way more violent than Crysis 2.

Your in a suit. Even if you hit the heart or surrounding large veins, arteries, there probably would be very little blood. It would all be spilling inside the suit.

Loved that gore feature that they had in Call of Duty World at War, where you could shoot off a guys leg or something. But sadly, for some reason they removed it.
