Ok, ffs. DLC IS NOT WORKING! : Crysis

I have a BIG problem with you guys over at Crytek right now. I'm really getting frustrated. I BOUGHT the fricken map pack. It DIDN'T and WON'T install. This is what it says when I try to download using the same steps in this sticky thread:

"The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

REALLY? I JUST SPENT MONEY FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! There better be a response to this.

Follow the WHOLE instruction of the sticky thread.
Extracting the zip won't work.

I wonder if one would just put the zip in the right folder without buying it would it work?

what OS are you using 7, vista or XP?

well if you are using 7 or vista

follow this path - C:\Users\Name\Saved Games\Crysis2 - then once in that Crysis 2 folder place the zip file you downloaded in the folder titeled 'dlc' then start up the game

not working for me either. once a new map loads, it kicks me saying connection to server is lost.

I'm running windows 7. I just click download, am I not supposed to do that?

Ok it's working now, I just changed the directory. It said in the steps to move it there after downloading, that's what I was trying to do. It kept failing saying the file was damaged and wouldn't let me move it. Even after I downloaded it into the dlc file, I tried double clicking on it and it still says it's damaged or unknown. But the maos have been added, I can see them in the server list.

Only problem now is that no one is playing.
