i could've sworn I read or saw a video somewhere a few days ago that the pc demo for crysis 2 will also be on 360 because the first demo for the xbox was not a good representation of the game, or something like that

Is this true or did i just read/watch something that was a lie, cause ive been psyched for a few days now to be able to play the demo again but i am unsure whether or not its actual coming out for 360.

why unfortunately? dont you want this game to be succesful? by releasing a demo for players to play more people will experience it and will have a higher chance of buying it. Im guessing your on pc and dont like that its an xbox game now too, but it is what it is

It's not that you're getting a demo, it's that you're getting a third (second public) demo, while the PC (i.e. the original platform for the series) only gets one. Think of it like if Halo/KZ 3 would've been multiplatform and we'd have gotten 2 demos before the xbox/PS3 + an extra one at the same time as xbox/PS3 gamers.

And the PS3 doesn't even have a release date for the demo.

Now I wonder, do I have to re-install the new New Demo or use the same one? I imagine a complete re-install is going to be in order for tomorrows.

That's why they keep making snarky remarks. I feel like I should be playing the world's smallest violin accordingly.

oh, now that you put it like that i see where your coming from, i can understand why its annoying for you, they're probably doing it because of 2 things though, 1 because xbox users pay for xbox live and ps3 doesnt so it makes sense that the xbox gets a demo first, and 2 crytek probably know that most of the pc players who played the original crysis are gonna know what to expect from crysis 2 and will likely buy it, whereas xbox players never have played crysis so they have to give them more demos to get them into it and want to get it.

its ironic that sometimes when i play the demo(multiplayer) of a certain game i actually get board with it before its even released i hope that doesn't happen with crysis 2.
