Hi Ya'll!

I have been trying to get to EA support site, which this site has a link to (and it links back here).

I have registered and went through its info gathering. I was email varified and I am able to access my account only via "need to create a new account " link at the bottom of the "login" page. It rejects my login information. I checked the RoboForm which has my passords and autologs me in. I even tried changing it to the same password, in case it never actually put in in server database.

I get this login even if I am all ready loged in. In fact, on the frame at the bottom of a few pages, I see two links "Welcome BarJabba." When I do click the create an account and put my email in, it knows me and seems to be logging me in. I never intentionally log out.

But, going to the support page with the link "Customer Support" that is at the bottom of the page; gets me the login screen again. I am already logged in. Either way, I cannot get to "Contact Us", or any actual contact/support type of help. I am looking for either an email, chat, 800 number, something besides spending oodols of time goofing with insufficient FAQ's; or just trying to figure out how to get support. It should be an easy thing to do. It seems to be another game!

...Unless that is the intention?

P.S. Does anyone have a support email or phone number I can reach them with? I would need to get a human for this issue.

Because E/A could not care less about supprting something, they've already sold?

I've had the EA support site do that to me, I just kept trying and trying and it eventually worked. I do have a direct email, but I seriously doubt they will reply to it.

Thank you phaT-X, for at least giving me a few was to try. I may be concurring with the other poster and you. It is likely they may not care, as that got the $$. Why spend any of it helping others use the software?

I come from a few generations ago and more better business was the way to truely make the big $$. Making customers - repeat customers - was the best way to grow a business, I guess we have really changed over the years.

I think crytek did amazing job with the EA support site. It is very user friendly and they answer all your questions and solve any problem immediately. TTHank u crytek for amazing game and site it is a blast.

So sad for me I guess, because I cannot even get in STILL! I also did about all could do with my actual Crysis issue.
Annoying the praise of thier site seems.

Okay its been two weeks + of trying to get a hold of ANY support. I still can't login and see if they ever actually answered my direct emails. I am told in here to keep trying...why should I half to? It is true that maybe the got their cash, who cares about someone who can't get into the site.

I have tried it all, I think. I sure would like a phone number, as this is just ridiclous. Spinning a persons wheels like this.

Can anyone provide a number?

I just want to begin to play this game. I haven't been in games for about 8 years. I would really like to see some benefit from the big dollars I spent on the game and stratedy book. I know I am probably screwed for a refund. Heck, I wouldn't mind an exchange for another game of same cost.

Anyway, I think if I can't get the game going, I stick with COD MW. :-\
