I'm level 39 but gauss and other weapon didn't open.Also ? reached 12 12 12 skill level but all perks didn't unlock.Please help.

P.s. : I unlocked lots of secret tags but everytime ? close the game, every tags close again.

Had the same problem at the beginning but now I try to unlock everything in server lobby and it seems to save then, because it update your account when you leave the lobby. But it won't bring back what you lost I suppose.
