If you look at the stats it's apparent based on game play time, kills, etc who is exactly cheating. Why doesn't Crytek and EA just go through the list conveniently located on this here website and start smacking the ban hammer?

The fact that someone is on list doesn't mean that he wasn't banned. Players aren't automatically removed from list after ban.

the ingame leaderboards for kills is got cleaned a little bit i think go look at it, 2 days ago i was like 500+ now i'm at like 110. but there still some hacked number at the top though.
