Allow us to stealth kill while moving, and make it easier.I believe I managed to stealth kill an enemy moving at normal running speed. This was however in Assault mode where my target was non-suited and slower than myself.

But as far as I can tell this can be done while on the move, not sure about sprinting. It's just super tricky to perform.

But not if i need to aim for a stealth kill.

The whole point of the stealth kill is to kill the campers. Just to make them feel stupid.
Killing running people with a stealth kill would just make your fists/melee useless.
It would be like the super mega knife in Cod or in Bfbc2.. its just silly.

It has failed for me too, I see a guy standing and shooting, I run behind him and press the melee key, but nothing happens, I bump into him and run past him and he shoots me in the back xD this has happened quite many times xD

Option 2: shoot them in the back

I've gotten steath kills with both people running before but they did feel like a fluke.

You DO can stealth kill a target(moving or not) while moving.I've been able to stealth kill sprinting enemies while sprinting myself. Just be sure that you're on his six o'clock so that the stealth kill prompt can be triggered.

i specter people lots, but you are right if the individual you run into is any bit laggy even if the option appears to stealth him sometimes you just fire you melle from stealth and loose all energy. And yes latelly servers have been actining a bit sluggish and i tend to miss alot of specters. I have about 250 of them.
