FOV (Field Of View)

So I've just been on the PS3 demo and I was playing the PC demo before that but I'm planning to get the game on the 360 (played the first 360 demo too). I increased the FOV to 70 (or maybe 80) on the PC and it was perfect, with a 360 controller or without. I'd really like to do the same on consoles. Going back to 55, or what ever it is on the PS3, is horrid. I can never see what's go on in my periphery and lose people in melee combat. A larger FOV also makes you feel like you're sprinting faster when you do, witch has to be a good thing. Please Crytec, add the option to increase the FOV in the console versions of the game.

Also, the Jackal could do with a bit more range/damage.

I agree, increasing the field of view makes gameplay feel much more fast and smooth, but probably would slow down frame rate on consoles. And yeah the jackal definitely is underpowered, there's a reason barely anyone uses it

Increasing it doesn't noticeably slow framerate on pc. I can't see why it'd be different on consoles.
