I'm getting spammed down with this error while playing offline singleplayer.
Any idea how to get rid of this message?
thanks

Well my ps3 is not connected in anyway to then internet. My guess is you are using a wireless router. I dont play with a wireless, i use a hard wire and mines been unplugged. So if its not that then i don't know what to tell you.

I'm getting the same thing, and I can't find a solution. Maybe disabling internet connection would do it? That can be done in the Network Settings menu on the XMB. I'll try it later when I get back on.

Do you have automatic sign-on turned ON?

It's possible that Brink frequently checks online status, and if you have it toggled, it will constantly attempt to sign you on, and therefore give you the error message due to PSN being dead. This problem hit me with Borderlands, as I couldn't change zones because every time I tried to, the game would lock up (trying to sign me into PSN in the background).

Actually it`s not my Playstation looking for a conncection, it`s Brink. Therefore i will try to disable my auto-connection, but i think Brink will proper try to connect me.
