I`m an XBOX 360-player; but I have similar problems: after entering the NANO-edition-code (which was accepted by the consolesystem whithout any problems), I still cannot find any of these promised items such as: special "digital-cloak" assaultrifle & SCAR-holo target. Where can I unlock / find this stuff? Or are they multiplayer-only (like the platinum-Dog Tag)?! Please give me some usefull hints..! Best Fanx anyway

I entered the code successfully, it says i redeemed the code. However when i enter multiplayer i do not see a place to download it at all, what is up with that. How do i get this stuff already?

I activated my redeem code,i enter multiplayer it says i unlocked limited edition bonuses and i became rank 7 from rank 5 i also unlocked other limited edition bonuses but when i join match i become level 5 again and i don't unlock other limited edition bonuses and lastly when i return to the lobby i unlocked limited edition bonuses and i became rank 7 from rank 5 i also unlocked other limited edition bonuses
I've got the exact same problem.

I have this exact same problem, as well none of my weapon unlocks have remained. I am at level 13 and have NO weapon unlocks!!!!!! I just want to be able to start my profile over and be able to properly use the LE content

I just want to know when I am going to be able to claim my EA Store pre-order bonuses. I have 2 different codes and the site says that neither code can be found.

Ok, it's me again. At least the singleplayer works fine. If the multiplayer really works...I don't know because I had no time to really play it yet, but the code for the limited edition is still not working!!!!!!
That's unacceptable.
I hope that this will be FIXED and that everyone who has this problems with the codes will get a refund or compensation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got nothing to do with the browser in most cases. I tried Firefox 4, 3.6, Chrome, IE, Opera.....And someday it worked. (FF4, btw). But I never got the stuff ingame.

i cant even see the window im supposed to write my limited edition code in at http://www.gamesas.com/limitededition or http://www.gamesas.com/redeemcode in chrome or IE 9 i tired to erase the cache and cookies an both

When you try to redeem the LE code or you try to buy the DLC, and you log in and the stupid site says "Please log in ... bla bla", but you are logged in:

-log in
-right click on the small window where it says to log in , where it says payment method, add card, etc, and choose "This frame > Show only this frame".

Now you can enter the Redeem code, add a payment card, and so on.

This was tested in Firefox 4. In other browsers, you can use similar steps.

Tip: make and use the same account (username, email, password) on both sites, gamesas.com and gamespy.com(?) and for login into game.

Its been 10 weeks, come on Crytek, FIX THIS. I setup a mates PC and installed Crysis 2, their copy has a PEGI rating (mine is ESRB) and it took less than 5 minutes to get the LE content working, literally just connected up to multiplayer, loaded up the http://www.gamesas.com/redeemcode page entered in the code, it said it has been redeemed sucessfully. Launched the game went to multiplayer a red dialogue popped up saying redeemed Limited Edition content then it had a list like the SCAR skin, dog tag etc. I saw it had gone through because they went to RANK 5, i checked the SCAR in the custom class 1 clicked on the LE Skin. I also was able to go to the DOWNLOAD CONTENT section and potentially buy the Retaliation Map Pack. But I havent been able to, i get a message saying unable to load store. We both have the same ISP Plan, we have the same Internet Security, we also have similar hardware. The common denominator seems to be the PEGI vs the ESRB rating versions, I know its packaging but i cant help but think there might be something wrong with a certain ESRB Crysis 2 DVD Batch, maybe some files where corrupted or missing. Come on Crytek FIX THIS!

Pre purchased Crysis 2 on steam. Recieved it on lauch date. Servers were overloaded and had to make a new account on gamesas.com. I redeemed my code with this account but could not use it in game as i could not log in in game but only on this website. I then contacted the admins here - no response. Next day i tried and voila was able to log in with my old account from demo/crysiswars. But when i tried redeeming the code i get "Usage limit has been reached". Month later i try again redeeming the code nothing. I contact EA and spend an hour on chat getting 4 supposivelly Limited Edition codes that were 4 characters longer ???? None of them worked and i was told its a problem with gamesas. After all this time i came full circle back here.

I give up.

Same problem. Two accounts, one with the code (acc isn't working, can't play with it), another new acc with which I'm playing.

I found away to enter a limited edition code:

Sign in to gamesas.com
Go to the home page (click the gamesas emblem)
Click the "Buy It Now" box
Click on the "Promotions" link to the side
Enter your code to unlock the content

I hope this works for you all, too! The original directions for entering your code to unlock limited edition content are not correct.
