With the console you can change :

Motion Blur, Edge AA, Texture Anisotropy, and Post MSAA.

I'm able to play the MP because of this, it was too blurry and hurt my eyes too much before.
Here are the console commands note Post MSAA=0 works when in a server but not playing a game and not right after playing a game)
They all need to be entered once in a server.

r_UseEdgeAA=0
r_TexMaxAnisotropy=0
r_motionblur=0
r_PostMSAA=0

FYI you need to type them in the console manually to get them to work in MP...noob

I'd be cautious doing this now, Crytek see's changing motion blur as cheating and they will reset your stats.

That means i won't be able to play, it'll be googbye crysis and hello bc2.

I like the motion blur, makes it more immersive
