Hello eveyone

My name is Thibault, aka [FR]NeoSkill ingame.

Since shortly 3 months, I have played Crysis 2 almost every evening, having obtained a good rrank:

-2 reboot of nanosuit;
-XP: 1054th rank.
-Kills: ex-64th rank.

I lost everything on May 28 following a general reset my stats.
It is incomprehensible...

I played on the server not ranked of my team and when I left it, I had 0 with all my statistics.
Then how to explain that a person having played 6 days pass to 33 min with more than 4.000.000 of XP? I had 18 000 kills and now 150...
I had the same problem, but it had been solved after having played another match.

I already had several reset of modules too.
I can provide screenshots and videos of my stats.


Can you consider my case ?

Anyway, want to confirm this. What will reset if you do a Reboot? Does Service Record reset too? Some of my friends are claiming all their stats were resetted but mine didn't. Then on some youtube Nanosuit Reboot vids, everything did reset. Pretty confused with this now.

Thanks for the enquiry! I've passed this information on so that your account can be looked into and see what went wrong. We introduced fixes for the Nanosuit reboot in the 1.4 patch so any reboot issues should be resolved but we'll try and find out what happened to your account.

i think it was not a NanoReboot issue, it happened when leaving an unranked server that his stats were resetted (guy say "rebooted" but in fact it's a buggy reset)

Pour faire court :

Plusieurs reset de level, de modules, ?a je pense que c'est arrivé à une grande majorité d'entre vous.
Mais maintenant, pire ! Il y a environ une heure, j'ai été d'un victime général de toutes mes stats...
Pour faire court, 18 000 frags, 3100 morts, 5.75 de ratio, plus aucun modules encore une fois...
J'vous le cache pas, j'vais le dire de fa?on crue : ?a me fait vraiment chier.

Juste une question à poser à notre communauté et j'espère que quelqu'un pourra me répondre.

Y a-t-il une solution pour récupérer mes stats perdue, en ayant une vidéo de celle-ci ( même si sur la vidéo j'ai 2000 frags de - etc... OSEF )?

Genre envoyer un ticket un Crytek ( même si je doute fortement qu'ils s'en foutent totalement )?

Le seul truc c'est que j'ai pas tout comme stats mais ( je pense à simplement les principales )

I just reached level 50 yesterday. I am so afraid to reboot now, because it took me like 2 months to get there... Hope I won't ragequit this game this evening and not throwing out the keyboard with monitor out of the window.

You are talking about ur stats u lost but did this had an effekt on the ingame stats only or on the complete world ranking. I asked several buddys that did resetted teh nano (some did it already 2 or 3 times) and all of them reportet that all their ingame stats (agent stats) were deleted but NOT the worldrankings (toplistings). The worldranking should be untouched after a nano reboot. Just wanted to know....

All my stats, for me and world ranking, but it's not after reboot the nanosuit but after played in my team's server not ranked, I quit the server and all stats 0
