Some did - but it's a low amount. Probably just 100 or so. Barely worth mentioning. That somewhat tells Crytek something, I guess.

I mean, nobody here would say anything against buying maps - if the price is right. 2.50$ per map is overkill. 2.50$ for all four maps together would probably everyone buy. Espically when there is no way to get maps otherwise (we soon have, however)

The new maps should have just been part of multiplayer in the first place.

I'm not paying 10USD for 4 maps when i could just go back and play Crysis Wars and get hundreds of maps for free

If Crytek/EA charges us for the map pack --> alright, it's their right to do it.
But if I look at alle the issues the game is having, it's crazy to pay money for it. Just my point of view. I'm still not having my promo-stuff. I'm still randomly losing XP in MP....fix it, the I'll maybe buy the dlc.

I paid for a dedicated server. We will not and will never upgrade to the DLC maps unless it is released for free. Mind you, I happen to own one of the most popular non-EA ranked servers on the west coast, so take that, CryTek UK, your work went to nothing! Next time, let the community make the maps for free, we'd have it done within 1 or 2 weeks.
