Before I start let me say, if you see your ping and it is over 150 GTFO of the server!

What I mean by ping restrictions is if your ping is over a certain number you can not join the match. I am sick of having my my ping being in the low 40s going against people in the high 400s. The people with the higher ping end up with the advantage in the match. While I see the ice sating, skipping, and vanishing, they are killing everyone in the match.

Then they can stop playing the game! I should not have to deal with it because someone cant afford better internet. If you have enough money to be purchasing $60+ games and has a PC that can play crysis you sure as hell have enough money to be purchasing better internet. people with high ping kill online gaming.

THANK YOU! I think everyone is playing on the north american servers. Honest I dont think it should let you choose your location, but thats just me. CoD had ping restrictions, MoH, BFBC2, etc. it makes the online SOOO much better.

Dont server admins have the authority to auto kick people with high ping?

I havent played online yet since the demo due to some **** **** problems. But I hope I can play on ranked servers in my country, or how does that work? Are ranked servers only Crytek servers in UK and US? If so then I will come bother you guys and its the devs fault for being **** stupid. I have a decent internet connection, but I live so far away from the server that I wont be getting good ping.

There are ranked servers worldwide, i've seen UK, DE, RU, GE, AUS, lol there's even a way to sort the servers by ping, not too hard to figure out.

I have to agree cuz i felt a little annoyed someone with a ping of 227 and up can kick my butt in the game makes me think they cheating lol.

My ping was 20 in that server and at least i won the whole game placing first. Find a CLOSER server to your state and you likely have better performance against other players who have high pings. I AGREE they should balance the pings out for smoother battles but i never get lag. Dunno about their side.

HOWEVER. I still think we need more balancing updates for the MP area cuz i swear to god i have ARMOR on and i still get killed? I think it's because they aim at your head. The only way to kill you even if you have armor on is the headshot. Just a theory. I have been doing a little "Mythbuster" thing and i'm finding all sorts of interesting stuff. Only if i can find the guy who did a mythbuster video like he did in COD lol.

Armor mode isn't invincibility mode, you can take probably like 3 extra shots with it on, unless like you say they nail you with a head or neck shot.

I found two servers that work 100% of the time for me. and they are the closest to me which is why i am getting ping in the 30s and 40s, but they are full of 300s, 400s, and the rare 500s.
